WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE
You may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product. In this case, simply formalize your request by email at sacoc@oticascachoeiro.com.
Óticas Cachoeiro will send you a reverse postage code. You must go to a post office with the code and send the product back.
As soon as the product arrives at our headquarters, we will assess its condition and, once approved by our quality control team, we will proceed to cancel the payment.
The product must be sent in its original packaging, with no signs of use (seals or labels removed), accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories.

RECEIVED A PRODUCT AND WANT TO EXCHANGE IT?
Óticas Cachoeiro will be happy to solve your problem. Our exchange policy gives the buyer the right to make an exchange, free of charge for Sedex. Contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, via email sacoc@oticascachoeiro.com , send the model of the new product chosen so that we can make the exchange and Óticas Cachoeiro will send you a reverse postage code (free of charge). The cost of shipping the returned item to Óticas Cachoeiro and the return of the new item will be borne by Óticas Cachoeiro . The product must be sent in its original packaging, with no signs of use (removal of seals, stamps or labels), accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories.
CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE WITH THE POST OFFICE
In case of cancellation of the purchase, after the product has been shipped, please contact us via email sacoc@oticascachoeiro.com , informing us of the cancellation, and refuse delivery of the order when it arrives at your address.
After the merchandise is returned to our Distribution Center, we will process the refund in the same form of payment and in the total amount paid for the purchase.
